- a phone, iPad, laptop, or some other internet connected device as well as the ability to access their Microsoft student account and Microsoft Teams installed on their computers or devices.
- Remind - a secure text messaging system to allow communication between teacher and students or teacher and parents without ever divulging phone numbers. *Student to student communication is not a function of Remind*
- Turnitin - Students will turn in most written work to Turnitin to protect each student from plagiarism. This is a GHS English department policy and protects each student as the author of their own work.
- Purdue OWL - Some of us remember the style guides in college which helped us cite sources in our papers. Now, that style guide is online and the most comprehensive source is Purdue OWL (Online Writing Lab) via Purdue university. The GHS English department uses MLA citation as standard documentation.
